Dear MESMAP-11 Participants,
On behalf of the MESMAP-11 international organizing committee, we would like to thank all our participants for their valuable contribution to this worldwide reputed scientific event on Medicinal and Aromatic Plants. MESMAP-11 was hosted by MACFRUT-2025 & Spices and Herbs Global Expo during May 6-8, 2025 in Rimini, Italy. Congress Venue was the Rimini - Expo Centre Meeting Halls. Topic of the symposium was "The Science behind the Healthy Flavor and Taste". This was the first experience of MESMAP organized in a big EXPO collaborating farmers, companies and all the stakeholders under the EXPO. The impact of this meeting was really enormous, and the participants of this meeting were very happy with the unforgettable event near the Adriatic seaside. The organizing committee hopes that the participants of the MESMAP-11 Symposium had an amazing experience and unforgettable memories to take back to their homes.

We would like to thank all our participants from almost all parts of the world for their valuable participation and scientific contribution to MESMAP-11. We are planning to organize the 12th series of MESMAP meetings in Bangkok, THAILAND in January 2026, and it will be a great honor to see you again at the MESMAP-12 symposium.
