Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by the participant or any unexpected event/disaster

  • The full registration fees will be refunded only until February 23, 2018 after bank transfer costs,
  • 75 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until March 02, 2018 after bank transfer costs,
  • 50 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until March 09, 201 after bank transfer costs,
  • No refund will be available after March 09, 2018.

  • Congress documents and materials including name badge, bag, the Certificate of Attendance
