** MESMAP supports foreign students (under 30 years old) with their supervisors for face-to-face participation. 

Only one normal registration fee will be requested from supervisor and student together participation. This program isn't valid in the APTI, AMAPMED, AMAPSEEC MEMBERS discounted fees. 

Official document declaring student supervising will be requested in related institute of the university from the supervisor.

INFORMATION ABOUT FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS 

In the arrival's hall at Bologna Airport there will be a Macfrut desk available for queries.
On 5, 6, May shuttles will leave approximately every hour (from 8 AM till 7 PM) from Bologna to Rimini Fiera, from where participants will have to take a taxi at their own expense to go to their hotel.
Participants will have to show their MESMAP badge in order to board the shuttles.

For the return journey, shuttles leave from Rimini Fiera on 7 and 8 May for Bologna airport. Participants may contact the Hospitality Office at the trade fair and book their return journey.

Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ) is far from 1 hour 15 minutes driving to Rimini - Expo Centre. 




BY CAR

The Centre can be reached via the A14 Bologna-Bari-Taranto highway, which in turn is connected to the major European highways.
Exit: Rimini Nord (6 km).

 

BY TRAIN 

Rimini is well connected to the main national and international destinations (Rimini train station - Quartiere Fieristico: bus no. 9).
The area is served by an internal train station on the Milan-Bari route. During the event, direct trains to the trade fair are scheduled.

Congress Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registration queries and/or cancellation requests should be sent to the Congress Secretariat, via e-mail (mesmap.official@gmail.com)

In case of cancellation by the participant or any unexpected event/disaster

  • The full registration fees will be refunded only until February 28, 2025 after bank transfer costs,
  • 75 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until March 07, 2025 after bank transfer costs,
  • 50 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until March 21, 2025 after bank transfer costs,
  • No refund will be available after March 21, 2025.

Registration Fee for Participants Covers:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Admission to poster & exhibition area
  • Congress documents and materials including name badge, bag, the Certificate of Attendance
