** MESMAP supports foreign students (under 30 years old) with their supervisors for face-to-face participation. 

Only one normal registration fee will be requested from supervisor and student together participation. This program isn't valid in the APTI, AMAPMED, AMAPSEEC MEMBERS discounted fees. 

Official document declaring student supervising will be requested in related institute of the university from the supervisor.

Congress Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registration queries and/or cancellation requests should be sent to the Congress Secretariat, via e-mail (mesmap.official@gmail.com)

In case of cancellation by the participant or any unexpected event/disaster

  • The full registration fees will be refunded only until April 23, 2027 after bank transfer costs,
  • 75 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until April 30, 2027 after bank transfer costs,
  • 50 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until May 21, 2027 after bank transfer costs,
  • No refund will be available after May 21, 2027.

Registration Fee for Participants Covers:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Admission to poster & exhibition area
  • Congress documents and materials including name badge, bag, the Certificate of Attendance
