Istanbul International Airport 

Istanbul International Airport (IST) is far from about 60 minutes, and Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) Airport far from about 150 minutes to the congress venue, Istanbul University.
There are many Turkish Airlines flights to Istanbul International Airport and Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport from many countries and Istanbul International Airport, hourly, every day.

Congress Terms and Conditions

All registration queries and/or cancellation requests should be sent to the Congress Secretariat, via e-mail (mesmap.official@gmail.com)

In case of cancellation by the participant or any unexpected event/disaster

• The full registration fees will be refunded only until February 23, 2024 after bank transfer costs,
• 75 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until March 08, 2024 after bank transfer costs,
• 50 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until March 22, 2024 after bank transfer costs,
• No refund will be available after March 22, 2024.

Registration Fee for Participants Covers:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Admission to poster & exhibition area
• Congress documents and materials including name badge, bag, the Certificate of Attendance
